2Have Paperwork signed and notarized
Have beneficiary(s) complete, sign and notarize the Irrevocable Assignment and Power of Attorney form. Many insurance companies require this paperwork to verify. Also have the beneficiary(s) complete and sign Insurance Company Claim Form (if required by that company).

3FFC will verify benefits
Our offices will immediately contact the insurance company and then notify you of the status of the policy. We will provide you with any additional documents needed.

4Send original documents to FFC
After the claim has been funded, send all original documents to Funeral Funding Center
